delair has long-time experiences in the optimisation of airport processes and has pioneered Airport CDM with the first implementation of its kind at Zurich Airport. Based on this experiences delair is supporting airports in the establishment of Airport CDM and Airport Steering Centres as an extension of A-CDM.

The consulting activities are divided in three phases:

• Phase 1, the analysis and concept phase, comprises the survey, the identification of gaps and a concept to overcome the identified problems
• Phase 2, the planning phase, comprises the description of future processes, operational interfaces, system specifications and construction schedule if necessary
• Phase 3, the implementation phase, comprises the system realisations, construction work if necessary, acceptance tests, user training, commissioning and trial phase
